This Intelligent Cold Foil Printing Stamping Machine can be integrated with automatic screen printing equipment, with a new process line, integrating snowflake curing, UV glazing and cold water drying.

Cold foil stamping technology in conjunction with screen printing utilizes the high adhesion of screen printing ink before it is fully dried to accurately apply UV curing adhesive onto the substrate surface, and then transfers the foil film through pressure to create graphic effects with a metallic finish. Compared with traditional hot foil stamping, this process does not require a metal stamping plate, significantly reduces energy consumption, and produces foil stamping effects with prominent three-dimensionality.

Performance and Features

• The whole machine adopts an eight-axis servo linkage control structure instead of the traditional mechanical pneumatic structure, making it more intelligent in operation and simpler to use. The servo automatically adjusts various parts through the human-machine interface.

• ‌Constant Tension Function for Unwinding and Rewinding‌: Parameters such as the thickness, length, and diameter of the foil film can be set through the touch screen, and the tension of unwinding and rewinding is automatically adjusted to ensure the smooth running of the foil film. It is suitable for foil films with a width of ≥50mm.

• ‌High-speed Response Servo Press Roller‌: Relevant data can be set through the human-machine interface, and the pressure size, pressing time and lifting time of the press roller are intelligently adjusted to ensure the speed, accuracy and finished product effect of cold foil stamping.

• ‌Pre-feed Paper Correction Device‌: The sensor automatically detects the feeding paper and aligns it automatically to ensure the smooth transportation of the paper.

• ‌Fully Automatic Skip Function‌: The foil stamping distance and return distance are set through the human-machine interface. After a single operation of the foil stamping machine, the system automatically controls the unwinding and rewinding to reverse to a specified distance (≈5mm) for the next operation, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of the foil film and reduce production costs.
