Disc Knife Device(Standard)

1.The disc knife is equipped with 4 blades, which can cut the film at the product joint  position by rotating the disc knife device.

2.Horizontal cutting can better cut the film without damaging the paper surface,  controlled by a separate frequency converter, and the speed can be freely selected  to cope with different situations.

Grinding Wheel Cutter Device(Standard)

1.The grinding wheel cutter‌ efficiently grinds the surface of the film in the lap without damaging the printed layer. It cooperates with bounce rollers‌, enabling rapid separation of the material. ‌Particularly suited for processing pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) .

2.The bounce rollers adopts a self-developed paper pulling mechanism, which uses the speed difference to quickly break the film and separate the paper. It achieves product no tail film and no roll film.
