In high-speed laminating operations, surface static charges and insufficient adhesive strength are among the factors that can lead to defects or complicate downstream processing. The ZDFM‑AO model from Hongqiang is an automatic corona treatment laminating machine that incorporates an optional corona treatment unit. This unit applies high-voltage discharge to generate a mild surface oxidation effect, which can help reduce static buildup and improve the receptivity of inks or adhesives on the substrate. The machine retains dual‑servo drive and operates at speeds from 20 to 100 m/min, while its patented electromagnetic heating system reaches operating temperature in about five minutes and is reported to consume roughly 33% less energy relative to some conventional systems. A cast‑iron frame adds to structural stability over extended use.
