This model combines an automated production process with two optional functions: a hot knife cutting unit and an electrostatic powder-removal device. The instant-heating copper hot knife is designed to trim special films such as PET and laser films, aiming to reduce burrs and curling, while the powder-removal system absorbs surface powder from printed materials, which can enhance gloss and adhesion. In conventional coating processes, rough film edges and powder residue on substrates may lead to foaming or hazing; integrating these optional units can help address these issues at the source. Powder Removal Part

1.Powder Removal Device, electrostatic adsorption dust through hot press roller,  which can effectively remove the dust and powder on the printing surface,  increasing the brightness of the film coating and improve the surface quality and effect of the lamination.

2.The temperature of powder roller can not exceed 80°C, the printed ink will be  attached to the powder roller if the temperature is too high.
3.Scraper: Use the scraper to scrape the dust on the surface of the powder roller into the  dust tray.
