Powder Removal Part

1.Powder Removal Device, electrostatic adsorption dust through hot press roller,  which can effectively remove the dust and powder on the printing surface,  increasing the brightness of the film coating and improve the surface quality and effect of the lamination.

2.The temperature of powder roller can not exceed 80°C, the printed ink will be  attached to the powder roller if the temperature is too high.
3.Scraper: Use the scraper to scrape the dust on the surface of the powder roller into the  dust tray.

Hot knife Device(Optional) 

1.Hot Knife Device, Copper blade with instant heat, film cutting without tail film,  fuzzy edges, fast speed, precise cutting, suitable for various thin films,perfect for  PET/aluminum films.

2.The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller, cooperates anti roll  structure. Laminating thin paper products flat and non-curly.
