Powder Removal Part

1.Powder Removal Device, electrostatic adsorption dust through hot press roller,  which can effectively remove the dust and powder on the printing surface,  increasing the brightness of the film coating and improve the surface quality and  effect of the lamination.
2.The temperature of powder roller can not exceed 80°C, the printed ink will be  attached to the powder roller if the temperature is too high.
3.Scraper: Use the scraper to scrape the dust on the surface of the powder roller into the  dust tray.



Chain knife Device(Optional)

1.About Chain knife Device, servo-driven chain knife cutting film with fast speed,  suitable for PET/metal/PLA films.(Recommend for films thickness >20μm)

2.The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller, double sets anti roll structure.  Laminating thin paper products flat and non-curly.
