Hongqiang’s Automatic Vertical Embossing Laminating Machine (model ZDFM-AE) integrates an optional custom embossing device that can create textures such as leather grain, cloth grain, or geometric patterns on the film surface after lamination. This feature adds a tactile dimension to printed materials, which may enhance perceived value in premium packaging, book covers, albums, business cards, invitations, specialty paper, and creative products. The machine is driven by a dual‑servo system and operates at speeds from 20 to 100 m/min; its patented electromagnetic heating technology reaches operating temperature in approximately five minutes and is reported to consume about 33% less energy than some conventional systems, while a heavy cast‑iron frame helps maintain stable pressure and clear embossing results. By combining lamination and embossing in one pass, the equipment can reduce the inefficiencies and quality variability often associated with separate offline processing. Embossing Rollers Device(Optional)


1.About embossing rollers device, it meets all kinds of custom patterns available for   special orders, in-house constant-tension design ensures stable operation.

2.The embossing part is composed of wool roller and embossing roller. The diameter of wool roller is 380mm and the diameter of embossing roller is 190mm. The paper is pressed out of the grain pattern between wool roller and embossing roller.

  • Pre-embossing: The product undergoes the embossing process after lamination before entering the paper cutting unit.(Suitable for thin paper < 200 gsm)
  • Post-embossing: The product undergoes the embossing process after lamination and paper cutting. (Suitable for thick paper ≥ 200 gsm)
