The ZDFM-AY model from Hongqiang is a vertical powder-removal laminating machine that integrates automated paper feeding, gluing, laminating, slitting, and stacking, with an optional powder-removal unit to help reduce surface dust and improve finish quality. Equipped with two servo systems, it operates within a speed range of 20–100 m/min. Its patented electromagnetic heating system can reach operating temperature in approximately five minutes and is reported to consume about 33% less energy relative to some conventional systems. A continuous stacking feature supports non-stop production, which may contribute to increased throughput. The machine supports both coating mode (hot pressing after adhesive drying) and precoat mode (direct hot pressing with precoated film), making it adaptable to packaging, printing, and publishing applications where gloss, abrasion resistance, or water resistance are often considerations.

Powder Removal Part

1.Powder Removal Device, electrostatic adsorption dust through hot press roller,  which can effectively remove the dust and powder on the printing surface,  increasing the brightness of the film coating and improve the surface quality and effect of the lamination.
2.The temperature of powder roller can not exceed 80°C, the printed ink will be  attached to the powder roller if the temperature is too high.
3.Scraper: Use the scraper to scrape the dust on the surface of the powder roller into the  dust tray.
