Hongqiang, as the leader of coating technology in China, launched the high-quality ZDFM-AU Automatic Vertical UV Curing Laminating Machine, which uses the integrated optional UV curing device to instantly cure the adhesive layer after laminated, so that the product obtains ultra-high gloss and excellent peel strength, completely solving the industry pain points of dark printing film blackening and insufficient adhesion of deep embossing.

For applications involving full-page dark printing or deep embossing, traditional lamination processes sometimes encounter reduced gloss, limited scratch resistance, or adhesion loss during subsequent embossing. The ZDFM‑AU model from Hongqiang is an automatic vertical laminating machine equipped with an optional UV curing unit that rapidly cures the adhesive layer after lamination; this can help achieve higher gloss levels and improved peel strength, which may be particularly useful for dark‑ink prints that tend to appear dull or for deeply embossed areas where adhesion might otherwise be insufficient. The machine retains dual‑servo drive and operates within a speed range of 20–100 m/min. Its UV curing process can fully set the adhesive within seconds, potentially shortening waiting time relative to conventional thermal curing methods. In addition, the patented electromagnetic heating system reaches operating temperature in about five minutes and is reported to consume roughly 33% less energy than some alternatives, while a cast‑iron frame contributes to stable operation. 1.About Ultraviolet Curing Device, the product is cured at high temperature by  ultraviolet irradiation after laminating, effectively improving product effect of peel  resistance. It is suitable for thermal film laminating high-end dark full-page  printing paper.
2.Equipped with 2 sets of UV lamps and 2 independent cooling fans makes the product surface cured more evenly and efficiently.The dedicated cooling fans actively dissipate heat, ‌extending the service life of  UV  lamp tubes and associated electrical components‌,ensuring ‌long-term stable  operation‌ of the equipment.
