Product Description

For applications involving full-page dark printing or deep embossing, traditional lamination processes sometimes encounter reduced gloss, limited scratch resistance, or adhesion loss during subsequent embossing. The ZDFM‑AU model from Hongqiang is an automatic vertical laminating machine equipped with an optional UV curing unit that rapidly cures the adhesive layer after lamination; this can help achieve higher gloss levels and improved peel strength, which may be particularly useful for dark‑ink prints that tend to appear dull or for deeply embossed areas where adhesion might otherwise be insufficient. The machine retains dual‑servo drive and operates within a speed range of 20–100 m/min. Its UV curing process can fully set the adhesive within seconds, potentially shortening waiting time relative to conventional thermal curing methods.
